Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, Mona Therese Winston has been teaching yoga, relaxation and meditation for more than 30 years. She is also trained in massage and reflexology, which has given her a profound insight into the mind-body connection. During her first visit to India, she was introduced to the practice of Zen meditation and the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. She subsequently spent a life-changing period of her life at the Zen master’s retreat in the South of France, practicing mindfulness. It is Mona’s goal to inspire her students to find their inner being of strength and peace.
