Eirik Lekve is a Norwegian cider maker and apple farmer who runs the family-owned Hardanger Saft og Siderfabrikk—Hardanger Juice and Cider Factory—in Ulvik, in the heart of Norway’s famous Hardangerfjord cider region. Drawing on generations of fruit-growing tradition, Eirik produces award-winning apple juice and alcoholic cider that capture the unique terroir of Hardanger’s orchards. 

The farm, known as Lekve Gard, has been in the family for decades and combines modern production techniques with heritage recipes. Visitors to the cider factory can tour the orchards, learn about cider-making from blossom to bottle and enjoy tastings overlooking the fjord.
